The information centre is located near the Central Ceremonial Hall, just 20 metres behind the gate of Olšanské Hřbitovy on the left. The operation of the information centre is provided by the contributory organisation of the municipal district of Oáza Dolní Počernice. It organizes cultural, social, sporting and educational events - wedding ceremonies in the castle park and its rental for commercial and other activities - manages the reservation system of the Svatoňovická playground.
