We are the official tourist information centre for the Central Bohemia Region. We will advise you where to go in Central Bohemia for sightseeing, nature and exploration and provide you with our free maps and brochures. We also run a shop with regional products.

The museum presents visitors with exhibitions and displays, workshops for children and adults, a park with sculptures and rare trees. The castle was the location of the film The Queen's Game. We also exhibit the studio of Zdenka Braunerová. We organize cultural and social events. We carry out conservation and restoration of monuments.

7 self-service ticket offices with payment by credit card, contact and information point with the possibility of buying tickets in cash, sale of gifts and souvenirs, bicycle rental, sports shop, Resort Card outlet, complaints department, sale of maps, tourist stamps, business cards and postcards.

We provide complete tourist information about the town of Turnov and the Bohemian Paradise region. We sell maps, postcards, collectibles, souvenirs and regional products. We provide advance ticket sales and act as a contact point for IDOL/OPUSCARD. There is an internet corner.

Organisation of cultural programmes. In addition to the seasonal exhibitions, there are two exhibitions: loans of original Turnov decorations on Torah scrolls from the Jewish Museum in Prague and archaeological findings from the medieval house that used to stand on the site of the synagogue.
