We provide information about geography, history, culture, natural attractions and architectural landmarks in Horská Kvilda. We provide pre-sale tickets for cultural and social events. We also provide information about bus and railway connections in the village and its surroundings.

Provides information on peat bogs, navigation channels, settlements and ecosystems of the Šumava. There is a screening room with a total capacity of 40 seats. We organize lectures, talks and other events for the public. We run a corner with a display of pine cones, a collection of fruits and summer annuals, droppings and excrements.

We operate a visitor center with air recuperation and environmentally friendly technologies. There is a 9 ha deer enclosure on the premises. Outside the paddock, a nature trail continues, introducing deer tracks, wild boar and some local trees and plants.

Provide information on walking and cycling routes in the park. We organize lectures and expositions focused on the history and settlement of the upper Šumava. Exhibitions specialize in gold panning, trade routes, glassmaking, wood production, peat bog vegetation and mountain forest issues.

We provide information about peat bogs in Sumava. You will get acquainted with the uplands, peat meadows and forests. There is an area with a children's playground, wheelchair access, audiovisual programmes, sales and non-sales materials on the peat bogs of Sumava.

We provide information about the village, its surroundings, natural, cultural and tourist attractions. We sell maps, guidebooks, promotional materials, postcards, calendars, tourist stamps or ceramics. There is a possibility of copying A4 format.

The visitor centre is focused on wood: its properties and uses, try to get to know different types of wood, learn about the history of woodworking and forest work in the past. For children and adults there is a workshop where you can make or paint a souvenir. There is a shop with Czech toys.
