We organize modern dance courses for youth and adults, Lady Latino (solo women) courses, dance preparation for children and regular dance classes. Dances are held in beautiful halls in the city centre.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run aerobics, badminton, judo, floorball and bodybuilding clubs. We also bring together taichi, karate, volleyball and majorette clubs. We offer health exercise classes.
