Operation of blasting equipment. In our plant we blast with steel grit GL 80 in a blasting box with dimensions 4x4x10m.

Offering metal finishing and the manufacture of grey iron castings. We provide plating, electroplating, hanging and bulk galvanizing, chromating - blue, yellow, black chromate or sealing with varnish and zinc phosphating, thick layer passivation for high corrosion resistance. The plant provides hard chrome plating of parts up to the following dimensions: length max. 8000 mm, diameter max. 550 mm, weight max. 3 000 kg. We also provide grinding and polishing of parts before and after chrome plating, repair by unique technology of pad electroplating and microwelding, as well as induction hardening.

We specialize in electroplating metal parts. We provide hanging and bulk galvanizing and nickel plating. We also offer dezincification, de-nickel plating and de-chroming.

Offering precision metal stamping and metal fabrication. We do resistance welding of sheet metal or wire on Italian welding presses, flat and round grinding, electroplating and hot dipping, laser tanning and more.

Offer metalworking and finishing or locksmithing. I provide welding of parts, assembly and custom fabrication of fabrication equipment. I provide plastic machining, cutting, forming and bonding. I also manufacture hardened ground pins, industrial knives, drill bushings, shafts or casting moulds.

We are engaged in surface treatment of metal products. We provide two-tone and drum electroplating, electrolytic painting, grinding, polishing or sandblasting. We offer gilding, silver plating, nickel plating, copper plating and chrome plating. We are dedicated to the restoration of table silver, candlesticks, exhausts or decorative moldings.

Electroplating is our main business. We offer galvanizing and acid zinc - nickel plating with excellent corrosion resistance, also suitable for cast iron plating. You will find both overhead and bulk processing with us.

We carry out plating by steaming and magnetron sputtering, metalworking and welding. We repair and manufacture vacuum parts and equipment.

Since 2013, we have been engaged in the surface treatment of metals by mechanical grinding and polishing in series and piece production. We specialize mainly in grinding and polishing of stainless steel parts of grade 1. 4301/aisi 304, 1. 4404/aisi 316, brass, aluminium and titanium parts.
