A stylish cafe and bistro with unique coffee and a range of fabulous delicacies from our kitchen, served either outside in the comfortable garden or in the indoor, design-perfect space of our own establishment. We operate a cafe with a capacity of 60 seats. We offer catering for students and cater banquets and private parties.

Enjoy sitting in a pleasant and cosy environment of a former farmhouse from the 18th century. The interior is decorated in a rustic style and in the winter months you can warm yourself by the burning stove. We offer mainly traditional Czech cuisine, seasonal dishes, lunch menu and homemade desserts.

We run a bistro café with our own bakery. We offer - rich breakfasts, weekend brunches, weekly lunch menus, evening snacks, homemade buns and cakes, soups and many other homemade dishes. Plus Candycane coffee, our lemonades and beer from our microbreweries.

Diner Operation. We offer a wide range of snacks, drinks, lunch menus, salads, coffee selections, homemade cakes and other products in collaboration with local suppliers. We are also happy to pack all drinks and food to go.

Operation of the café.

The Roof is a vegan restaurant and café staffed by people with experience of homelessness or who are serving time. Our specialty is traditional Czech and Eastern European cuisine in its non-traditional plant-based version.

We offer coffee from our Sumava roastery. You will enjoy excellent products from our own artisan bakery and delicious cold and hot cuisine. We are a social enterprise.
