The Roof is a vegan restaurant and café staffed by people with experience of homelessness or who are serving time. Our specialty is traditional Czech and Eastern European cuisine in its non-traditional plant-based version.

We offer coffee from our Sumava roastery. You will enjoy excellent products from our own artisan bakery and delicious cold and hot cuisine. We are a social enterprise. You can look forward to friendly service from people with disabilities, who are given the chance to grow and prove to you what they can do.

Bistro and café offering a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes and desserts, breakfast, lunch menu, soups, regular menu, coffee from the family roastery, brunch, stuffed pita bread, tortillas and much more. For parents with children there is a children's corner, dogs are welcome.

Diner Operation. We offer a wide range of snacks, drinks, lunch menus, salads, coffee selections, homemade cakes and other products in collaboration with local suppliers. We are also happy to pack all drinks and food to go.

We run a bistro café with our own bakery. We offer - rich breakfasts, weekend brunches, weekly lunch menus, evening snacks, homemade buns and cakes, soups and many other homemade dishes. Plus Candycane coffee, our lemonades and beer from our microbreweries.
