We operate a private fitness. There are modern fitness machines, personal trainer, minibar, facilities, relax zone, wi-fi, TV, music and children's corner for parents. Possibility to bring up to 3 friends. Fully air-conditioned.

We offer aerobics, bodystyling, pilates, zumba, bodyball, pilox training and p-class. Each class is finished with stretching. We also practice circuit training, stepping, chi-toning and more.

We offer online sales of American professional fitness trainers XEBEX with quality, perfect ergonomics and timeless design. The machines meet the most stringent "SA" certification according to the European standard EN957 and are thus suitable for commercial use.

Fitness centre in the Metalica building, in the Nová Waltrovka area, with an entrance from the courtyard of the building. It offers modern Matrix equipment, including an extensive cardio zone and weight machines. There is also a Finnish sauna, which is free of charge as part of the fitness visit.
