We run a sports centre. We offer a climbing wall, gym, aerobics, TRX and bouldering. We provide climbing courses. We provide nutritional counseling and exercise with a trainer. There are 4 halls with a total climbing area of 700m2. The gym is equipped with Classic gym machines.

Our fitness is changing lives. Club membership, luxury facilities, ninth floor terrace, sauna, massages, hotel breakfast and free secure parking.

We provide healthy and playful exercise for children. The methodologies of our follow-up courses are based on the findings of psychomotor development and physiotherapy. We offer parent-child (infants and toddlers) exercise classes and preschool classes. We promote a relationship with movement and healthy child development. We organize exercises for pregnant women.

Operation of a sports centre. We focus on providing state and departmental sports representation of the Czech Republic. The main task is to create conditions for sports preparation for top world competitions - Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and other important competitions.

Multi-purpose sports hall.

We operate a fitness centre. There is a gym for fitness, competition or rehabilitation training. We provide training plans for complete beginners. Sports nutrition can be purchased.

We run a gym which is equipped with Grün Sport machines with 9 punching bags and two rings. We offer martial arts classes. We provide trainers in the gym as well as a training schedule.
