Our small family-run design office has been on the market since 2011. We are dedicated to the design of buildings, i.e. houses, public and corporate buildings as well as water and sewer connections. We can also help our clients with securing the necessary permits from the authorities.

We revitalize the condition and economy of the building in your image. We prepare complete project documentation and provide engineering for companies and the public sector. We provide subsidies, renovation efficiency analysis, visualization, studies, PEN, TDI and demographic studies. We calculate the cost of implementation.

I offer architectural 3d visualizations of apartments and custom homes in the area: Prague, Prague East, Kolin, Kutná Hora, Benešov, Nymburk. We design civil structures of various scales and capital costs - from public buildings to apartment and single-family homes. We offer a complete service. We apply the following principles to all our contracts: individual approach, simplicity and clarity, price reasonableness.

I offer work as an architect and designer. I will prepare a customized project for you. I focus on the design of renovations, new buildings, loft conversions, interiors and other projects - workshops, garages, extensions, conservatories, etc. From your idea I will draw up a study and a project for a building permit.
