The main focus of our company is design and engineering activities in the field of civil engineering. We carry out project activities in construction, engineering and consulting activities in construction. We process complete or partial parts of project documentation in all their development phases.

We deal with the creation of studies, passporting and legalization of buildings, visualization of interiors and exteriors of buildings, engineering activities and creation of project documentation for building permits and construction.

Design of residential, civil, industrial and civil engineering structures. Design and assessment of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, wood, masonry and foundation structures. Reconstruction of buildings. Preparation and implementation of projects for obtaining state subsidies.

We are an architectural and design studio operating throughout the Czech Republic. We process all stages of project documentation - architectural studies including 3D visualizations, documentation for building permits, implementation documentation, interior and exterior design, house regeneration and reconstruction.

I produce project documentation for new buildings, building passport, additional building permits for family houses, extensions, recreational buildings (garden cottages, etc.). I also provide comprehensive execution of building permits, including all communication with the authorities.
