I also provide engineering activities (permit processing), technical supervision of the investor, author's supervision and construction budgets.

I am engaged in design and processing of project documentation of various buildings (family houses, apartment buildings, office buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, civic amenities, passive houses, etc.), interior design, building passports, engineering, supervision on construction sites and consulting.

Architectural and design activities in construction. Preparation of project documentation at all stages of the construction procedure. Representation of the investor in negotiations with the authorities in the construction procedure. Designs and projects of family houses, reconstruction, buildings in energy-saving standard, interior designs.

We are an architectural and design office. The aim of our company is to provide comprehensive services from architectural studies to implementation documentation. We will take care of all engineering activities, negotiations with the relevant state authorities up to the issuance of building permits.
