I offer project documentation of buildings in all stages (from study to implementation documentation) and related engineering activities (execution of building notification). I carry out projects of new buildings, reconstructions, extensions and additions. I focus on family houses and recreational buildings.

We are a design office that offers quality and precise services in the field of surveying apartments, houses and buildings. Our deliverables, such as construction drawings, make planning renovations and furniture placement easy. We take a human approach and adapt to the needs of our clients.

We provide construction and reconstruction management, construction supervision, project documentation, approvals, etc. We provide building permits, expert opinions and valuation of buildings. We focus on new buildings, reconstructions, repairs of residential buildings, facades and roofs, loft conversions and family houses.

The studio began operating independently in the fall of 2016. Its soul is Ing. arch. Štěpán Abt and Ing. arch. Ďuro Smoleň. Our values are primarily a pro-client approach and personal commitment as well as responsibility for doing a quality job.
