I offer project development for civil engineering projects. I prepare studies, documentation for zoning proceedings, for construction proceedings and for the execution of construction.

We specialize in home weatherization and renovation projects. We can advise and design energy saving measures. We provide PENB, expert opinions, architectural designs, project documentation for building permits and implementation. We prepare documents for Green Savings and IROP subsidies, financing proposals.

The studio began operating independently in the fall of 2016. Its soul is Ing. arch. Štěpán Abt and Ing. arch. Ďuro Smoleň. Our values are primarily a pro-client approach and personal commitment as well as responsibility for doing a quality job.
