I am involved in design and planning activities. I offer preparation of studies and urban studies, design of new buildings, renovations of apartments and residential cores, preparation of projects for building permits including processing, interior design of residential and commercial spaces, design of furniture and home accessories.

We profile ourselves as a design, engineering and contracting/implementation firm with an experienced group of engineers, technologists and construction management and implementation engineers.

I am engaged in designing wooden buildings, family, office and apartment buildings, agricultural and industrial buildings. I prepare projects for NZU subsidies, energy performance certificates for buildings, utility connections and documentation.

KLAR is an architectural studio founded in Kopřivnice in 2017 by Václav Kocián and Zdeněk Liška, dealing with projects of all scales. Our services include: cooperation in the selection of a property or a suitable plot for your building preparation of architectural studies of buildings and interiors.
