We are an office that can arrange everything necessary for citizens of the Czech Republic, as well as for foreigners, with all the authorities operating in the Czech Republic. We arrange building permits, change of zoning plan, legalization of black buildings, visas, employment cards, expert opinions, binding opinions, applications, licenses, etc.

We provide complete project activities in the field of architecture. We deal with small projects (garden pergolas and houses), as well as family and apartment houses, as well as projects of commercial and civil buildings.

We provide a full range of services in the electrical and other industries. We provide power quality measurements, reflectometric measurements of electrical circuits, equipment and switchgear testing, circuit diagnostics, and electric vehicle testing. We are engaged in the design of electrical equipment.

Providing design and engineering activities in construction. Offer of preparation of documentation and energy assessment for the application for subsidies from the Green Savings Programme. I also provide authoring and technical supervision of the investor and preparation of statements of dimensions and budgets of construction works for private investors and companies.

We drill wells. This is our main activity. We provide complete wells, including pump equipment and commissioning. Our complete service also covers the preparation of hydrogeological assessments and projects, the processing of all permits. We also carry out boreholes for heat pumps, exploratory boreholes, pumping tests.

I provide design of load-bearing structures of buildings, structural assessments of existing buildings and design of remedial measures for buildings. My focus is on reinforced concrete, steel, timber, masonry, coupled steel and concrete structures including their foundations. I provide consulting and advisory services.
