We are a loose association of designers and design agencies - we work with a range of specialists on the professional part of a project. We assemble a design team according to the nature of the project and the investor. Project building blocks where the blocks represent the specialists and their professions.

Our design work starts with a plan and continues to the project to the building permit and to the project for its implementation. We develop the budget and prepare the tender. We process planning consent and decisions, building notification, building permits. We will represent you in negotiations with the authorities.

We offer civil engineering and property development services. We also focus on site identification, marketing research, environmental impact assessment, site preparation, networks and communications, cost studies and budgets, project financing solutions and more.

I provide professional design services and engineering activities in construction - building projects, 3D visualization, architectural studies. I provide all services to private investors and developers, as well as companies and state institutions throughout the Czech Republic.

We do professional project work. From pre-project preparation and discussion with the authorities, conceptual design of the building, design of the building, to engineering and permitting of the building by the competent authority and subsequent authorization.

Offering design and renovation of buildings. We provide building supervision including consultancy. We provide building permits and construction budgets. We process projects for the Green Savings subsidy program.

Offering architectural and urban studies, complete building designs and site plans. We focus on the design of houses and apartments, civil and industrial buildings. We process reconstruction of historical buildings. We carry out surveying of buildings.

I am engaged in architectural studies, design and engineering of civil structures, urban planning, public space improvements, interior design, graphic design and publishing in the field of architecture and construction.

Authorized architect handles: design and engineering activities in investment construction, complete design in the field - family, apartment buildings, civil and medical buildings, hotels, reconstruction, interiors. We provide budgets, construction management, urban planning.

We drill wells. This is our main activity. We provide complete wells, including pump equipment and commissioning. Our complete service also covers the preparation of hydrogeological assessments and projects, the processing of all permits. We also carry out boreholes for heat pumps, exploratory boreholes, pumping tests.
