Design office founded by Ing. Radek Prokop and Ing. David Werner, who decided to go their own way and offer superior services with a personal approach. Currently, we deal mainly with civil construction, mainly residential, family and multifunctional buildings in the development sphere.

We deal with designing of buildings. We process implementation projects, studies, 3D visualizations and price budgets. We provide building permits, author's and construction supervision.

We offer services in the course of preparation, construction and commissioning of buildings, including acts related to property relations to land and buildings. We provide the services of an OSH coordinator, construction supervision, building approval and negotiations with authorities and owners.

Offering architectural services. We mainly prepare planning documents, land use planning documents and documentation for zoning proceedings. We use a data model for the conversion of municipal plans into the Geographical Information System.

I offer structural design of civil engineering structures and structural assessments. I provide services of a certified structural engineer.

Studies and design of transport infrastructure: roads, exits, parking lots, handling and communication areas, traffic connections and proposals for the solution of the area.

We offer geodetic work in the land registry, geometric plans, engineering geodesy, underground utility searches, thermal imaging, determination of the radon index of the land, preparation of EBU protocol, drone imaging, land demarcation, building demarcation or documentation of the actual construction.

We offer design, engineering and contracting of energy sources, power and heat and downstream systems. We create spatial energy concepts and energy audits.

The design and architectural office deals with engineering activities in the construction industry. It carries out studies, visualizations, documentation for building permits, implementation projects, price budgets, ensures negotiations with authorities, etc. It focuses on both reconstruction and new buildings.

We provide complete design activities including preparation of architectural studies and investment plans, visualization of proposed solutions, preparation of project documentation, survey of the existing state and survey of the actual construction. We also offer engineering and consulting services.
