We will prepare a flood plan for the municipality, ORP, region. For owners we prepare flood plan of endangered buildings, premises or flood plans for the implementation of buildings in the floodplain. We prepare water management studies in the area of extreme flood and drought events.

We build turnkey houses. Designing including securing building permits, engineering and architecture, earthworks, foundations, rough construction, plastering, insulation, roof construction, ZTI. We also provide fencing, landscaping and gardening.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.

We design and build turnkey houses. You can choose from our standard houses in a low-energy design or we can create a customized project in cooperation with our architect. We also offer individual design - apartment buildings, commercial spaces, site planning, parking lots.

I prepare project documentation for new buildings, reconstructions and changes to buildings, including demolitions and legalizations. I provide building permits, communication with authorities and coordination of professions. I take care of the smooth running of the project from design to approval.

We are an architectural firm that has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1992.
