We are a Czech company that has been building turnkey houses since 2003. We build low-energy and passive prefabricated wooden houses and also brick houses. We have built new houses for more than two hundred families and created a place for their happy life.

We will prepare a study, project, handle the planning procedure, st. permits and arrange the implementation by one of the companies that specialize in wooden buildings, are reputable and have years of experience. They will build you a turnkey house or just a rough construction. You may want everything or just some of our services.

Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.

Development, design, production (workshop) documentation and implementation of steel structures, static and dynamic calculations, reconstruction and inspections according to ČSN 73 2604.
