We build turnkey houses. Designing including securing building permits, engineering and architecture, earthworks, foundations, rough construction, plastering, insulation, roof construction, ZTI. We also provide fencing, landscaping and gardening.

I offer individual projects including securing building permits. Family houses, apartment buildings, commercial premises, networks, parking lots. I work with modern elements of low-energy and passive construction. I process PENB certificates.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.

Designer of family houses. We offer: designs and studies of buildings, building projects, building documentation, electronic authorization, negotiation of buildings with authorities, building permits, building passports. Construction services.

We deal with the design of electrical equipment and power distribution systems mainly for industrial plants and energy infrastructure. Our activity is on the whole territory of the Czech Republic.
