We are engaged in preparation and realization of buildings including investor-engineering activities. We offer technical supervision for the investor and construction supervision for self-help construction. We provide approval decisions, documentary documents related to construction or control of the time performance of construction deadlines.

The main activity of the company is the implementation of building supervision for the private and public sector. For investors we also provide complete technical and engineering activities at all stages of project implementation, from the preparation of the plan, utilization studies, provision and control of project documentation at all stages.

We are an architectural firm active in the Czech Republic since 1992. We offer architectural designs of new buildings and reconstructions, designing of buildings including engineering activities related to the issuance of zoning permits and building permits. We operate throughout the Czech Republic.
