I prepare project documentation for new buildings, reconstructions and changes to buildings, including demolitions and legalizations. I provide building permits, communication with authorities and coordination of professions. I take care of the smooth running of the project from design to approval.

Legalization of black buildings including their settlement. Projects and assessments within the framework of energy performance of buildings, handling of NZU subsidies, Turnkey repair of grandmother's house.

We build turnkey houses. Designing including securing building permits, engineering and architecture, earthworks, foundations, rough construction, plastering, insulation, roof construction, ZTI. We also provide fencing, landscaping and gardening.

We will prepare a flood plan for the municipality, ORP, region. For owners we prepare flood plan of endangered buildings, premises or flood plans for the implementation of buildings in the floodplain. We prepare water management studies in the area of extreme flood and drought events.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.

We carry out passport surveys of buildings and their measurements. Construction passport - documentation of the actual construction according to the new Building Act.
