We deal with the design of electrical equipment and power distribution systems mainly for industrial plants and energy infrastructure. Our activity is on the whole territory of the Czech Republic.

Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.

We offer a complete service in the construction industry: projects of family houses, passive houses, low-energy houses, wooden houses, timber-framed houses, civil and industrial buildings, reconstructions, technical and transport infrastructure buildings, PENB certificates, we arrange building permits, author's supervision, technical supervision of the investor.

Budgeting for construction work. I provide the following services: budgets of construction works, lists of works, supplies and services for public procurement according to Decree 169/2016 Coll. including a statement of dimensions, valuation of "blind" budgets, organization of tenders for construction contractors, comparison of offers.

We build turnkey houses. Designing including securing building permits, engineering and architecture, earthworks, foundations, rough construction, plastering, insulation, roof construction, ZTI. We also provide fencing, landscaping and gardening.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.
