We are a Czech company that has been building turnkey houses since 2003. We build low-energy and passive prefabricated wooden houses and also brick houses. We have built new houses for more than two hundred families and created a place for their happy life.

We will create turnkey project documentation for you. From the initial architectural study, through the project for the building permit (for the implementation of the construction) and including complete engineering. We specialize in single-family and apartment houses, buildings for amenities with low energy consumption.

Recognising the differing requirements of our clients for a new home, we offer an architectural design of family home that leads to comfortable living and economical operation of your home. We also handle the New Green Savings subsidy programme and provide free EKIS advice.
