Irena and Robert Hübler. We are married and both yoga instructors. We practice in the beautiful and harmonious environment of the Maitrea kindergarten in Sluštice. We have been organizing yoga courses, individual and special thematic classes here since 2010. We are now opening a course for beginners.

We offer a place where you can relax, forget about everyday worries, practice yoga and recharge your energy.

We offer regular yoga classes for beginners and advanced students. Fall semester September-January, spring semester February-June. Registration for a running class is possible at any time.

Yoga studio focused on healthy movement, rehabilitation exercises and overall care for the body and mind. It offers yoga classes, breathing and relaxation exercises as well as individual approach to improve fitness and eliminate movement difficulties.
