We offer more than 60 machines, 17 stations for strength training, 30 cardio machines, InBody & CheckUp measurements, massages, solarium and a unique training on Biostrength machines with artificial intelligence.

Our classes and weekend workshops will help you deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. We welcome you with open arms.

Studio offering yoga classes, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, strength and cardio training, all in group and individual sessions. There are two fully equipped rooms, plenty of equipment and cosy facilities. Special events at the weekend, around 35 group classes during the week from professional trainers.

Fitness, which offers yoga, rehabilitation and fitness classes. The centre includes a café with a front garden and a children's corner. You can also book a massage or individual training.

Yoga Garden is a yoga studio in the centre of Brno, Veveří. An oasis of peace in the city centre for beginners and advanced yogis. We offer different styles of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yin and more. All are welcome regardless of age, gender or experience.

We offer aqua aerobics lessons for the general public at the Rašínova Spa pool. Experienced instructors and years of experience will guarantee you a quality workout and perfect relaxation. We look forward to seeing you.

Operation of the social centre.

We organize regular classes and seminars according to the Yoga in Daily Life System, which is true to the original tradition of classical yoga and is designed to meet the needs of our modern times. Classes include physical, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques, taught by experienced certified practitioners.

Offer sports courses for children and young people. We also focus on adult exercise, yoga, step aerobics, body balance, fitness, health exercises, circuit training, pilates and more. We also specialize in bossa, power yoga, SM-system, postpartum exercise, swimming and more.

We are a family yoga studio and we enjoy Ashtanga yoga, flow yoga and acroyoga.
