I love yoga and am happy to pass it on. I am happy to be a guide for anyone who wants to feel good and work on themselves - through movement, knowledge and meditation. I am here for you who are interested in yourself and how to be physically and mentally well.

The yoga studio is focused on practicing different types of yoga with an individual approach. Exercise takes place in a quiet and pleasant family-type environment with a maximum capacity of 10 clients in the newly renovated studio premises. All equipment is prepared for you right in the studio.

The MY YOGA concept provides a personal and friendly environment for your yoga and pilates practice. Individual and group classes, yoga and pilates for closed groups, businesses or kids yoga groups.

I am a certified yoga instructor with 10 years of experience. I focus on classes for a healthy back, yoga therapy and Vinyasa yoga. I offer individual yoga lessons and yoga retreats in the Czech Republic and abroad.

We organise yoga and power yoga classes and sessions.

Our team will guide you through a world of fun and efficient exercise. Certified instructors in Jumping, Bosu, Piloxing, Bodystyling, Zumba and many other sports are waiting to help you enjoy the sport and get the most out of it for yourself. Our goal is to meet your goals.

Exercises of power yoga, rehabilitation yoga for pregnant women, the elderly and the less fit. We conduct meditation music therapy. It is possible to purchase season tickets with discounted admission. You can also get your own yoga mat or natural products. We organize talks.

We operate fitness studios. We offer pilates, flowin, dance mix, port de bras, power yoga and ashtanga yoga classes. We organize sports retreats.
