We are a small family-run fitness company with a 20-year tradition. In our fitness you will find a gym and a cardio zone. The cardio zone has treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, stairs, AIR bike, rowing machine, ski, cross-country trainer (Skyerg), Matrix S-Drive. In the gym there are Technogym fitness machines.

Open yoga classes and courses, one-off workshops, chi kung and meditation sessions. We guide beginners to practice classical Hatha and dynamic vinyasa, relaxation yoga for peace of mind and body, yoga for a healthy back, pregnancy and seniors. We conduct classes live in the studio and online.

We operate a sports and relaxation centre. We offer several styles of yoga, compensatory exercises, fitness training, interest seminars or children's programs.

Our fitness center and website are currently in the phase of gradual reconstruction. We want to improve, expand and move the space forward - without losing its character. We want to preserve what we value most - a place where people know each other, support each other and love to come back.
