We are a small family-run fitness company with a 20-year tradition. In our fitness you will find a gym and a cardio zone. The cardio zone has treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, stairs, AIR bike, rowing machine, ski, cross-country trainer (Skyerg), Matrix S-Drive. In the gym there are Technogym fitness machines.

We guide beginners through their practice and teach both traditional Hatha and dynamic Vinyasa yoga—yoga for a healthy body and a calm mind, for a healthy back, as well as yoga for pregnant women and seniors. We offer classes in person at the studio and online.
