Open yoga classes and courses, one-time workshops, qigong, and meditation sessions. We guide beginners through their practice and teach both traditional Hatha and dynamic Vinyasa yoga—yoga for a healthy body and a calm mind, for a healthy back, as well as yoga for pregnant women and seniors. We offer classes in person at the studio and online.

Our fitness center offers a gym, solarium, group classes (TRX, fitbox, Bosu, trampolines, pilates, yoga, circuit training, etc.).

We’ve taken over a popular gym with a long history, and we’re gradually transforming it into ToFitko—a friendly place where you’ll feel at home and love to come back to. But you can come work out right now and be part of our transformation. With every visit, you’ll see how we’re transforming and improving the gym step by step.
