We offer regular yoga classes for beginners and advanced students. Fall semester September-January, spring semester February-June. Registration for a running class is possible at any time.

Yoga studio focused on healthy movement, rehabilitation exercises and overall care for the body and mind. It offers yoga classes, breathing and relaxation exercises as well as individual approach to improve fitness and eliminate movement difficulties.

Fitness center with professionally equipped gym, massage room, solarium, aerobics room, indoor cycling, cardio room and bar. Advice on proper exercise and nutrition is provided by FTVS graduates, doctors and professional trainers.
