We operate a functional training center. In functional training you exercise different muscle parts in different degrees of difficulty and it is up to you what kind of training program you choose.

We run a sports centre offering a gym, cardio zone, spinning, fitbox, pilates and flexibar. On selected days and times, an experienced instructor is available to advise you not only on how to use each machine, but also to suggest the optimal workout for your specific goals.

We operate a fitness center offering HEAT, Power Plate, VacuShape, TRX, Power Yoga and functional strength training classes.

We offer fitness training, individual and group. We train for example body form, interval training, TRX, power plate, SM system and pilates.

As the name suggests, our gym is always on the move—and we hope you’ll join us! Everyone loves our group classes—you can sign up for them through our reservation system.
