We are an association of volunteer firefighters dedicated to fire protection and prevention. Our activities include youth leadership, organizing sports competitions and educating children about safety. We offer assistance to the city and its residents in emergency situations, including participation in challenging fire sports competitions.

We operate a volunteer fire brigade. We organize competitions, balls, masquerade balls, collections and conscription days.

We operate a firefighting unit of the village included among the basic components of the integrated rescue system. We run a firefighters' club for children and adolescents from 7 years old.

The current volunteer fire brigade is still actively involved in Vrbčany. The fire brigade regularly participates in district and regional competitions. Occasionally, they intervene in small fires in the village, collect scrap metal and organize a firefighters' ball.

During the meetings, children prepare intensively for competitions in fire sports, improve their theoretical knowledge in the field of fire protection and carry out maintenance of equipment in the armoury, during which they prepare for their possible work in the fire brigade in the future.
