We offer notary services.

We provide a full range of notary services in accordance with the Notary Code: incorporation, amendments, and transfers of business entities, including registration in the Commercial Register; real estate transfers; purchase and gift agreements; prenuptial and marital agreements (modifications to joint marital property); wills, notarial escrow, and certification and legalization.

We deal with moving and clearing of houses, apartments, company premises, etc. Our other services are maintenance of gardens, properties and last but not least car transport up to 3.5 tons. We also offer the possibility of storage of goods.

I run a notary office. I provide Czech point services. I draw up wills, property contracts of spouses and fiancés. I transfer real estate. I establish and liquidate commercial companies and cooperatives.

We provide clearing, moving and demolition work throughout Moravia, especially in the Zlín region. We do not charge you for waste disposal (wood, plastic and textiles) = a big saving for you. Over 100m2 of storage space for possible storage of your belongings.
