We provide advice and assistance in property and labour disputes to workers in the metalworking industry. We are involved in solving problems of state social policy and the status of workers. We provide legal advice. We focus on organising courses and seminars.

The Association brings together independent arbitrators specialising in arbitration and mediators and provides them with administrative and other support necessary for the proper conduct of arbitration proceedings. It is also a forum for discussion and consultation and a platform for the exchange of experience in the field of arbitration and substantive law.
