The mission of the association is to develop and popularize the sport of fishing, to exercise fishing law, to ensure the breeding, protection and catching of fish and to protect the environment. We manage a non-trout fishery.

Promoting environmental solutions to ensure a healthy and clean environment to live in. We advocate for new laws and environmental measures, argue the facts, inform the public and journalists, work with municipalities and counties, scientists, businesses and companies.

We operate a wildlife rescue station. We organise events for the public and children's clubs. We also provide environmental information including advice.

We are engaged in research, protection and promotion of wild birds and their habitats in the Czech Republic. We carry out projects for bird conservation, popularization of ornithology, environmental education and awareness. We bring together professional and amateur ornithologists, birdwatchers, bird lovers and conservationists.

Promoting eco-friendly solutions to provide a healthier and cleaner environment to live in. We protect lynx in Sumava and Beskydy from poachers. We provide better recycling services for households in České Budějovice and South Bohemia.

We provide state administration in nature and landscape protection. We monitor the status, changes and development trends of selected habitats and populations of endangered species. We appoint a group of volunteer nature guardians, declare nature reserves and carry out nature surveys or professional monitoring.

The subject of our interest is the protection of the landscape, its fragmentation and the maintenance of valuable, species-diverse localities in the Krnov region. We try to preserve for future generations the collection of traditional varieties of fruit trees that were grown in our region. We organise an annual Clean Up the World event in our area.

We operate a hunting association. We provide rental of a shotgun range equipped with an automatic AT thrower with phonic target launching. There is also a High Tower and an Olympic trench. There is an equipped hunting lodge with outdoor seating in a pergola.
