We offer exercises for the elderly, pregnant and postpartum women. We specialize in preparation for childbirth. I will provide you with comprehensive care during pregnancy, accompany you to the birth and care for you in the postpartum period. I will help you with breastfeeding and preparation for it - I am a certified lactation consultant Mamila. I organize breastfeeding and contact parenting support groups.
