The whole area of the eco-farm is fenced with the possibility of movement of guests around almost the entire farm area. For evening sitting it is possible to use the outdoor pergola with barbecue.

In front of the villa you will find the entrance to the cross-country trail, cycling single tracks and a path leading to the Lipno Treetop Trail and the Kingdom of the Forest.

In our complex with its own sandy beach and space for sports and recreational activities you will find the ideal place for your family holiday. The total capacity of the building is 26 beds (5 apartments). We also offer one caravan pitch with electricity connection, a shared toilet and shower.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Two beds are located in the living area and two in the bedroom, it is possible to add another bed to make the apartment comfortable for 5 people.
