The land is situated in the centre of the cottage settlement approximately 100 metres from the Berounka river. The capacity of the cottage is up to 10 people, the capacity of the mobile home is 4 people.

A 2+1 house for up to 10 guests with an enclosed yard, terrace, barn and outdoor kitchen. For a larger group it is possible to use the sister guesthouse Na Výsluní - 50 m apart. Total capacity 29 persons.
