I am a lactation consultant o.z. MAMILA. I will prepare you for breastfeeding already during pregnancy, help you with breastfeeding after the birth, but also at any time later. I will provide you with help and support throughout the entire breastfeeding process (in person and online counselling). I will advise you on sleeping and soothing your baby, feedings and ergonomic carrying.

Long-term support, help with weaning off nipple shields, support during breastfeeding strikes, solutions for painful breastfeeding, help with using and adjusting baby carriers, and practical tips and tricks. I offer midwifery services for childbirth including independent management of birth in a health care facility, pregnancy consultations, pregnancy and antenatal visiting service, lactation counselling, newborn care counselling, conducting antenatal classes and exercise classes for pregnant women.
