I offer midwifery services. I provide pregnancy counselling, regular check-ups during physiological pregnancy, pregnancy consultations, ample time to talk and listen, touch techniques in pregnancy, reflexology and relaxation full body massage to induce labour and more.

In the pleasant environment of our centre you will find a regular programme, such as exercise for parents with children from 6 weeks to 3 years old, free play sessions, Pilates and Yoga for women. We also offer a sports club for kindergarten children and various educational sessions for parents on education, health and other topics.

We offer antenatal preparation courses under the guidance of PhDr. Markéta Školoudová, an experienced midwife and psychologist.

We offer exercises for the elderly, pregnant and postpartum women. We specialize in preparation for childbirth. We organise classes in cooking for breastfeeding, baby swimming, pilates, belly dancing, swimming and yoga. We provide massage and rehabilitation. We provide training for dads for childbirth and in child care.

I offer extra ocular vision (EOV) courses. I act as a doula, pregnancy guide, birth attendant, and support in the six-week period.
