I'm a labor and postpartum doula and massage therapist. I do classical, relaxation and Lomi Lomi massage. I also massage pregnant women and work with the rebozo scarf. I practice Access Bars® and craniosacral therapy. I can also offer customized taping and herbal products.

I accompany births as a doula. I care for women in pregnancy, childbirth and maternity. I organize antenatal preparations for childbirth and six weeks of labor. I help with breastfeeding, carrying babies in a shawl or carrier, using women's herbal infusion and the rebozo technique.

In the pleasant environment of our centre you will find a regular programme, such as exercise for parents with children from 6 weeks to 3 years old, free play sessions, Pilates and Yoga for women.
