We have been producing traditional delicacies for 30 years. We are an honest family company that prides itself on freshness, quality of ingredients and traditional recipes of our founder Jindřiška Šindelářová. Handmade is key for us and you can be sure that each of our sandwiches is original.

An artisan bakery that uses only quality ingredients and bakes in a traditional, honest and modern way. Our yeast bread rises slowly - 12 hours in the cold, our rolls and baguettes are filled with omelette and our cakes are full of curd and fruit. To top it all off, we offer a selection of coffee from the Dos Mundos roastery.

Vegan and vegetarian café. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, good coffee, desserts, homemade lemonades and or cocktails, wines and beer.

We run a literary café with internet access. We specialize in breakfast. We prepare soups, sandwiches, salads, desserts and more. We provide the possibility of organizing openings. Outdoor seating is available.

We have renovated the former café, which focused mainly on light snacks and desserts, and now we are trying to get our bistro into people's consciousness as a place where they can go for a good coffee and lunch menu during the day and a good dinner in a pleasant atmosphere in the evening.
