Baking yeast bread is not rocket science, it is work, care and love. It takes three days for a loaf to become a loaf. It would be quicker if it weren't for the meticulous attention we pay to the selection of ingredients, the slow natural fermentation process and the craftsmanship of the dough.

We operate a vegetarian restaurant and canteen. We offer typical vegetarian meals, vegan dishes, gluten-free meals, healthy soups, fresh vegetable salads, baked goodies made from organic whole wheat flour, desserts and drinks. There is a children's play area and a terrace. We provide food delivery.
