The company is a large residential builder. In more than 30 years of operation, it has sold 20,000 new apartments, houses and plots in 200 successful residential projects. It currently owns around 1.5 million m² of land and brownfield sites for development, on which it plans almost 40,000 new apartments.

PSN has been active on the Czech real estate market since 1991. The real estate company was founded in 2013 and primarily acts as a sales department for developers, arranges the sale of property on the secondary market and since 2021 has been preparing its own development projects. The total volume of properties sold amounts to over CZK 2 billion.
