My name is Petr Chlanda and I help property owners sell their house, apartment or land without stress and at a great price. I have been working in the South and Central Bohemia region for a long time and I follow the development of the local real estate market. Thanks to this I can set the right sales strategy and reach serious buyers.

We are a real estate agency with a tradition since 1990. We provide services in the sale, lease or auction of real estate. We consider the satisfaction of each client as a matter of our personal honor. Therefore, individual approach, honesty, security and safe transfer of money are a matter of course with us. We look forward to your visit.

I help people safely and profitably sell, rent, or buy real estate in the Plzeň, Karlovy Vary, and Central Bohemia regions, as well as in Prague. I handle the entire process—from the initial contact to the handover of the keys. My goal is to ensure that the sale, rental, or purchase of a property goes smoothly, stress-free, and with successful results.
