A state-funded organization that manages the modern cultural and educational center 14l15 Baťa Institute, which houses the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts, the Museum of Southeast Moravia, the František Bartoš Regional Library, and the Regional Tourist Information Center.

The gallery has five exhibition spaces, which will host more than 16 exhibitions throughout the year. The gallery's activities are complemented by symposia, residencies, pop-ups, regular Thursday lectures, talks and tours of the collection. A visit to the Hell Sleigh Gallery is possible by appointment.
