We arrange the sale and lease of all types of real estate (apartment, house, cottage and land), mortgage loans, real estate insurance and representation in negotiations with the Cadastral Office.

It supervises the observance of the rules of civil coexistence. Contributes, within the scope of the Municipal (City) Police Act or other law, to the safety and smooth flow of traffic on the roads. Detects misdemeanours and other administrative offences. It is an organ of the municipality and reports directly to the Mayor.
