Residential development is our domain. However, we also want to look for new ways and possibilities of development, even those that have not been tried before. From humble construction beginnings, we have worked our way up to become one of the market leaders. We do not close ourselves to any further challenges, growth and increasing expertise.

We have been building prefabricated houses made of expanded clay for our clients for more than 15 years and have built almost 500 houses. Our energy-efficient houses are also very popular and appreciated by our clients. We are currently operating in the Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc regions.
